Once you have purchased your refill, drop your clean vessel into our warehouse at Unit 13 / 17 Old Dairy Close, Moss Vale, 2577 during business hours: Monday to Friday between 9am and 4pm.
Please note - we do not vary our scents between colourways. So the colourway fragrance you purchased is the same fragrance the ceramic vessel will be refilled with again.

For your convenience, if no one is available to accept your parcel at the time of delivery, some couriers may leave your parcel in a safe place outside your home.
